Hot and cold compress ASP7203

Cold compresses are used to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and minor sports injuries. They are the first aid option for minor bleeding, bruising, and allergies such as insect bites. Cold compresses are always preferred for treatment of new injuries.

Hot compresses are used to relieve pain, increase muscle movement, stimulate blood circulation, and reduce muscle spasms, joint pain and stiffness. They can be used to reduce headaches, toothaches, knee, leg, back, neck pain, and menstrual pain.

Hot compresses should not be used when treating new injuries or when there is bleeding.
